Jobgether presents a Head of Operations opportunity for a high-growth eCommerce DTC brand, based in Chile. This fully remote leadership role oversees supply chain, inventory, fulfillment, reporting, and hiring, with a mandate to create scalable systems and a strong operating foundation.
You will recruit and empower 4–6 functional leaders, transition day-to-day work away from the Founder, and implement SOPs and KPIs to enable sustainable scale in an entrepreneurial environment.
