About You
You are a senior-level PeopleSoft HCM Consultant with strong technical and functional expertise, capable of analyzing complex enterprise environments and identifying opportunities to optimize and automate HCM processes.
You bring a consultative and advisory mindset, combining deep PeopleSoft knowledge with strong analytical and communication skills. You are comfortable working independently, navigating ambiguity, documenting technical solutions, and presenting recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.
Senior-level experience as a PeopleSoft HCM Consultant with strong hands-on technical and functional expertise.
Proven experience working with PeopleSoft HCM implementations in complex enterprise environments.
Strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Payroll, Health & Welfare, and Benefits modules.
Strong hands-on experience with PeopleTools.
Proven experience designing and implementing automation within PeopleSoft environments.
Ability to assess existing PeopleSoft business processes and identify automation opportunities using native PeopleSoft capabilities.
Experience defining automation requirements and estimating process complexity and implementation effort.
Strong technical documentation skills, including automation plans, process approaches, timelines, and tooling recommendations.
Experience preparing technical documentation for formal IT governance or technical review processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in complex and ambiguous environments.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to present and defend technical recommendations.
