Position Overview
eCommerce Account Executives are responsible for working with new clients to sell the company’s products and close contracts within the eCommerce segment. Additional responsibilities include contract negotiations,



updating sales processes, and all other aspects of the prospecting and sales renewal process. This role will handle the sales process from request receipt to closure, leveraging resources effectively throughout the sales cycle.
The role will work with various company departments, with an emphasis on Sales, Marketing, Legal (if required), and Finance.
Job Responsibilities
- Prospect within the assigned territory to create leads for new client sales by growing opportunities in the portfolio.
- Sell and promote available solutions to new and existing clients.
- Act with integrity and demonstrate ethical behavior in all matters with all stakeholders.
- Take full responsibility for ensuring the satisfaction of both internal and external customers.
