Role Description The Asesor de ventas Educativas is a part-time, remote role responsible for guiding prospective students through the process of selecting English language programs at SEDA College. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, providing clear information about courses, schedules, fees, and admission requirements, and offering personalized advice based on each student’s goals. The role involves conducting consultative sales conversations, following up with leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking systems,



and collaborating with the admissions and marketing teams to support enrollment targets.

The advisor will also help identify student needs, address concerns, and ensure a positive experience from first contact to enrollment.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English and Spanish, with the ability to explain educational options in an accessible way.
- Customer Service skills focused on empathy, responsiveness, and building trust with prospective students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Sales and Consultative Selling skills to identify student needs, present suitable solutions, handle objections, and support closing enrollments.
- Background or interest in Education, preferably with familiarity with language learning programs or international student services.
- Comfort working remotely, with good time management, self-motivation, and basic digital literacy (CRM systems, email, video calls, and messaging tools).
- Previous experience in educational sales, student advising, or related fields is an advantage.
- Availability to work part-time, including occasional evenings or weekends if needed to support prospective students in different time zones.
