About the role
The Customer Relationship Inventory Management role is responsible for managing inventory operations at customer sites, ensuring inventory accuracy, product availability, and a high level of customer service. This is a 100% field-based role with direct interaction with customers and close coordination with internal teams.
Key responsibilities include inventory counting and reconciliation, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating product deliveries and excess inventory returns, and managing consumption and purchase order follow-up.



The role will also address operational issues related to deliveries, invoicing, and product supply, while supporting inventory performance and commercial execution.
The position requires a strong focus on customer service, inventory management, operational execution, and service levels, ensuring that customer needs are addressed efficiently and inventory processes are executed accurately.
Required Qualifications
Experience or knowledge in inventory management, order management, logistics, supply chain, customer service, or related operational functions.
Ability to perform inventory counts, reconciliations, and monitor inventory levels.
Ability to coordinate product deliveries, inventory returns, consumption, and purchase order follow-up.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
