We are seeking a Placement Associate I to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Santiago. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

Support the commercial executives
Direct relationship with insurers and reinsurers
Obtain the best terms from the market in renewals
Obtain the best terms from the market in new business
Explore new insurance solutions to our clients

What you need to have:

2 + years of experience
Great Coomunications Skills
Advanced level English
Enthusiastic to learn
Team worker
