Job Description
This position performs fundamental Project Control activities.
Understand the scheduling and cost terminology
Apply the principles of a Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures to schedule/cost data to ensure that the data are correctly and consistently entered into the Project Controls System
Implement procedures for a project scheduling/cost program
Collect data, input updates,
and produce basic cost/scheduling management reports
Ensure efficiency and accuracy in generating and gathering data; maintain orderly records to ensure the integrity of the system
Use Project Controls reference systems as primary tools for executing responsibilities
Other duties as assigned
Basic Job Requirements
Accredited four (4) year degree or integral equivalent in applicable field of study and one (1) year of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to five (5) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and
