Purpose of the Role
Responsible for maximizing the commercial performance of the digital catalog by optimizing product navigation, visibility, presentation, and activation across ecommerce channels. This role translates business insights into actions that drive conversion, sales, and the overall customer experience.
About the Job
Manage product presentation across the website and app, ensuring an engaging and conversion-focused shopping experience.
Define product ranking and visibility within categories, landing pages, and promotional placements.
Analyze category, brand, gender, and product family performance to identify trends and commercial opportunities.
Ensure accurate product categorization, attributes, and catalog enrichment.
Provide digital performance and customer behavior insights to support assortment decisions.
Monitor the availability of key products for the digital channel and proactively flag risks that could impact the customer experience to the relevant teams.
Identify opportunities to accelerate the sell-through of slow-moving inventory through visibility, promotional, and activation strategies.
Drive product visibility and commercial activation initiatives to improve sales performance.
Ensure the availability of key products during commercial campaigns and high-traffic events.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering categories, genders, brands, and products.
Present results, trends, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
About You
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in ecommerce.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in reporting and analytics tools
