Time commitment: Full-time
The position
We are looking to add a dynamic Math expert to a strong Mathematics department. The teacher should have the ability and flexibility to teach various IB SL and HL courses. Experience and ability to teach HL IB courses is a requirement of this position. Additionally, the teacher should be able to teach both standard or advanced Grade 9 and 10 courses. Responsible for supporting individual students with successful integration into a general education environment. The High School Math Teacher should be responsible for delivering a rigorous and engaging mathematics curriculum to high school students, fostering critical thinking and quantitative literacy.

Qualifications and Experience
IB Math HL teaching experience and IB training.
Math teaching experience using the Common Core Standards (preferred).
Experience with competency based learning or standards-based learning (preferred).
Solid conceptual and applied knowledge of current research and trends in curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
Demonstrated experience collaborating with colleagues.
A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in high school.
High English proficiency level.
