Job Title: Contracts Administrator

Department: Legal, Operations, Project Management

Reports To: Legal Counsel, Contracts Manager, Project Director

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contracts Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of our company's contracts. This role is crucial for ensuring that contractual obligations are met, risks are mitigated, and compliance is maintained across all agreements. The adecuado candidate will possess a strong understanding of contract law, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Management:

- Draft, review, revise, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and partnership agreements.
- Administer the entire contract lifecycle from initial request to execution, renewal, and close-out.
- Maintain a centralized and organized contract repository (physical and digital) ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

Compliance & Risk:

- Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
- Identify potential contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies to management.
- Monitor contract performance and deliverables, ensuring all parties meet their obligations.
- Manage contract amendments, addendums, and change orders.

Stakeholder Coordination:





- Act as the primary point of contact for all contract-related inquiries from internal departments (e.g., Sales, Procurement, Operations) and external clients/suppliers.
- Facilitate communication between legal teams and business units to resolve contractual issues promptly.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on contract procedures and policies.

Record Keeping & Reporting:

- Generate regular reports on contract status, expirations, renewals, and key milestones.
- Track and report on contract metrics and performance indicators.

Qualifications Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Contracts Administrator, Contract Specialist, or similar role.
- Optional: Professional certification such as CPCM (Certified Professional Contracts Manager) or CFCM (Certified Federal Contracts Manager) is a plus.]

Skills & Competencies:

- In-depth knowledge of contract law, legal terminology, and negotiation practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Contract Management Software (e.g., DocuSign, Salesforce, or similar).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $817,713 - $2,760,699 per month

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
