Acquisitions Associate (Cold Caller) — Commercial Real Estate

Atlas Bay Commercial is expanding its acquisitions and dispositions team. We are looking for an upbeat, positive Acquisitions Associate based in Chile (or Central/South America) to conduct cold outreach to US commercial real estate owners, connect with buyers to update their investment criteria, and keep detailed records.

Job Details

- Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
- Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week
- Schedule (EST): Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST | Friday: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM EST
- Compensation: $5.00 USD / hour (paid gross, bi-weekly) + discretionary performance bonuses
- Location: Chile / Central & South America

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct cold outreach calls to US commercial real estate owners.
- Call existing contacts on our real estate buyers list to update their specific buying criteria.
- Cold call prospective buyers to add them to our vetted buyers list for CRE properties.
- Take thorough, clear, accurate notes and navigate basic CRM and dialer software.

Key Requirements

- Location: Based in Chile or Central/South America.
- Language: Conversational fluency in English with clear vocal communication.
- Hardware & Setup: Personal computer, stable high-speed internet, clear-sounding headset with microphone,



and a quiet, distraction-free environment.
- Mindset: Upbeat, resilient, professional on the phone, and proficient with basic web software (CRMs, dialers, browsers).
