The problem: Russ and Joey can't be the source of every script forever. We need someone who can sit across from them (virtually), ask the right questions, and turn their answers into scripts that sound exactly like them, without either of them writing a word.
We're Hiring ONE Content Strategist & Scriptwriter. Not a Freelancer. Not a Ghost.
You'll work directly with our content and marketing team, and here's the job: keep the idea pipeline full and the scripts flowing.
Specifically, you will:
Build and maintain a running list of “trigger questions” — the exact questions that pull the stories, numbers, and opinions our audience needs to hear
Get those questions in front of Russ, Joey, and the wider team — on calls, in async recordings, however it takes — and pull real, usable answers out of them
