Role Overview

We are seeking a senior Electrical Engineer / Solution Manager with extensive experience in the photovoltaic (PV) industry to join our Digital Power team. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of complex solar energy solutions, providing strategic technical guidance to customers, and managing key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.The role requires strong technical expertise, commercial acumen, customer management skills, and the ability to lead solution development for large-scale PV and energy storage projects.

Work Experience & Knowledge

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 8+ years of professional experience, with significant experience in the PV / renewable energy industry.
Strong experience in solar PV solution design, technical consulting, and project development.
Solid knowledge of BESS and energy storage solutions is highly desirable.




Experience managing technical solutions and/or projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Experience with AutoCAD and relevant engineering/design tools.
Strong understanding of the Chilean renewable energy market, regulations, and industry trends.

Skillset

Ability to lead technical discussions with customers, partners, EPCs, and other stakeholders.
Strong project and solution management capabilities.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strategic thinking and strong business acumen.
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
Advanced English level (mandatory).
Knowledge of Huawei FusionSolar solutions, inverters, and BESS is a strong plus.
