Genesys in Santiago, Chile, is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead digital-first engagements for Genesys Cloud customers in Chile. You will own end-to-end customer success motions, driving adoption, retention, and expansion through AI-powered capabilities and strategic guidance.
You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Education, and Partners, shaping scalable customer success processes, leveraging Salesforce and Gainsight, and influencing cross-functional teams to deliver
