Ferrero Chile is seeking a Shelling Plant Manager to lead the hazelnut shelling operations with full accountability for production performance, safety, quality and cost. You will drive continuous improvement, optimize resources and manage the plant team.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in Industrial, Food or Mechanical Engineering, strong leadership, and experience in large manufacturing environments, with English at least B2.
