and Environment (HSE) Manager to support large-scale data center construction projects in Prineville, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing robust health, safety, and environmental programs on complex construction projects, ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and fostering a culture of safety.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive HSE policies and procedures that comply with local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., OSHA) and client standards.
Conduct risk assessments and job hazard analyses for all construction activities, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize accidents and injuries.
Ensure adherence to environmental and safety legislation through regular site inspections and audits; identify and rectify non-compliance issues.
