Propósito del rol
Formarás parte del Global Systems Operations Centre (GSOC), brindando soporte de primer nivel (L1) en un entorno 24x7, atendiendo incidencias, monitoreo y cambios para clientes en Canadá y México.
Serás el primer punto de contacto para la operación tecnológica, resolviendo incidentes o escalándolos oportunamente para asegurar la continuidad del servicio.
Responsabilidades fundamental
? Soporte Operativo (Nivel 1)
Atender incidentes y requerimientos en múltiples plataformas (AS400, Unix y otras)
Resolver tickets de soporte o escalar a equipos especializados
Monitorear sistemas y gestionar alertas operativas
Asegurar respuesta oportuna a clientes internos
? Change Management & ServiceNow
Gestionar tickets y reportes en ServiceNow (herramienta core)
Participar en procesos de Change Management y CAB
Dar seguimiento a cambios y validar readiness operativo
? Incidentes, Riesgo y Mejora Continua
Apoyar análisis de causa raíz
Dar seguimiento a vulnerabilidades y remediaciones
Proponer mejoras operativas y automatización
? Continuidad del Negocio
Apoyar en ejercicios de Disaster Recovery (especialmente AS400)
Validar resiliencia operativa y procesos de recuperación
? Documentación & Colaboración
Mantener documentación técnica actualizada
Coordinar con equipos globales y proveedores
Perfil que buscamos
Experiencia en soporte técnico L1 / IT Operations
Conocimiento en AS400 (prioritario) y/o Unix
Experiencia utilizando ServiceNow
Capacidad para resolver o escalar incidentes correctamente




Inglés avanzado (indispensable – interacción con Canadá y México)
Enfoque en servicio, análisis y resolución de problemas
Flexibilidad para trabajar en entorno 24x7
