BasedinChileandreportingdirectlytotheRegionalDirector ,thispositionwillactasastrategicbusinesspartnertoregionalmanagementandlocalcountryorganizations,ensuringfinancialtransparency,profitability,operationalexcellenceandcompliancewithBoschstandardsandprocesses .

Thisisanindividualcontributorpositionwithnodirectpeoplemanagementresponsibility ,butwithsignificantregionalexposureandinfluenceacrossFinance,Sales,Service,ProjectManagement,OperationsandSupplyChain.

Responsibilities

- LeadandcoordinatetheannualBusinessPlan,Budget,Forecastandmonthlyperformancereview processesacrosstheregion.
- Monitorandanalyzesales,grossmargin,EBIT,cashflow,workingcapitalandoverallbusinessperformance.
- Prepareexecutivemanagementreportsandbusinessperformancepresentations.
- Prepareandpresentfinancialandbusinessresultstoregionalandglobalstakeholders,includingpresentationstoteamsandseniorstakeholdersinGermany .

ProjectControlling

- Monitortheprofitabilityandfinancialperformanceofequipmentsupply,modernization,retrofitandturnkeyprojects .
- Reviewprojectcalculations,commercialassumptionsandmargintargets.
- Monitorcostdeviations,contingencies,accrualsandfinancialrisksthroughoutprojectexecution.
- EnsurecompliancewithBoschprojectmanagementandgovernancestandards.
- Identifyopportunitiestoimproveprofitabilityandservicemarketpenetration.

SupplyChain&CostControlling;

- Monitorandanalyzeregionalsupplychaincosts,includingprocurement,internationalfreight,customsduties,warehousingandlocaldistribution .
- Ensuretransparencyoftotallandedcostsforequipment,sparepartsandproject-relatedmaterials.




- Identifycost-reductionandsupplychainoptimizationopportunitiesacrosstheregion.

Governance,Compliance&BusinessPartnering;

- EnsurecompliancewithBoschpolicies,internalcontrols,governancestandardsandapprovalprocesses .
- Identifyprocessdeviations,controlweaknessesandoperationalrisks,definingandfollowinguponcorrectiveactions.
- CollaboratecloselywithSales,Service,ProjectManagement,Operations,SupplyChainandFinance.
- Supportstrategicinitiativesandinvestmentdecisions.

- Bachelor'sdegreeinFinance,BusinessAdministration,IndustrialEngineering,Economics,Accounting ,orarelatedfield.
- Experienceinindustrial,manufacturing,engineering,capitalequipmentorproject-drivenbusinesses .
- Previousexperienceinmultinationalorregionalenvironments ,interactingwithstakeholdersfromdifferentcountries.
- Experiencewithcorporateprocesses,guidelines,internalcontrols,complianceorgovernance.
- ExperiencewithSupplyChaincostanalysis,Logistics,InventoryControllingand/orOperationalFinance ishighlyvalued.
- Strongfinancialandanalyticalcapabilitieswithabusiness-partneringmindset.
- Abilitytoinfluencecross-functionalandseniorstakeholderswithoutdirectauthority .
- ExperiencewithSAPFI/COandadvancedExcel .
- AvailabilitytotravelinternationallyacrossLatinAmerica.
