Xenon7 is seeking a Fractional Voice AI Architect to design, deploy and advise on production-grade voice AI agents inside enterprise customer-support environments in Santiago.
You will own the technical direction of real-time voice agent deployments — IVR, STT, TTS, and LLM orchestration — while also engaging with CIOs and CX leaders on strategic initiatives.
This is a part-time engagement with adaptable hours, centered around activation sprints and ongoing technical oversight.
