Job Description
This position performs fundamental Project Control activities.
- Understand the scheduling and cost terminology
- Apply the principles of a Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures to schedule/cost data to ensure that the data are correctly and consistently entered into the Project Controls System
- Implement procedures for a project scheduling/cost program
- Collect data, input updates, and produce basic cost/scheduling management reports




- Ensure efficiency and accuracy in generating and gathering data; maintain orderly records to ensure the integrity of the system
- Use Project Controls reference systems as primary tools for executing responsibilities
- Other duties as assigned

Basic Job Requirements
- Accredited four (4) year degree or general equivalent in applicable field of study and one (1) year of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to five (5) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
- Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
- Ability to attend to detail and work
