- Identifyprioritymarkets,segmentsandhigh-potentialcustomers.
- Developnewbusinessopportunitiesacrosskeyindustrialsectors.
- Analyzemarkettrends,competitors,customerneedsandemergingtechnologiestoidentifyopportunitiesforgrowthanddifferentiation.
- Developandexecutestrategiesfortheintroductionofnewproducts,servicesandsolutions.
- Translatemarketandfieldinsightsintocommercialprioritiesandlong-termbusinessstrategies.
- Sales&StrategicCustomerManagementManagethefullsalescycleforcomplex;,high-valueindustrialsolutions,fromprospectingandopportunityqualificationtonegotiation,closingandafter-salessupport.

Qualifications

- DegreeinIndustrialCivilEngineering,MechanicalEngineering,ElectricalEngineering,ChemicalEngineeringorarelatedengineeringfield.
- 510yearsofprovenexperienceinbusinessdevelopment,commercialmanagementand/orsalesleadershipwithintheindustrialsector.
- StrongexperiencedevelopingbusinesswithindustrialcustomersinChile.
- Astrongnetworkofcontactsanddemonstratedexperiencewithrelevantcustomersinsectorssuchasmining,energy,food&beverage;,pulp&paper;,manufacturingandotherprocessindustries.




- Experiencesellingcomplextechnicalsolutions,industrialequipment,thermalsolutions,energysystemsand/orheavymachinery.
- Strongnegotiation,closingandexecutive-levelrelationshipmanagementskills.
- Abilitytoidentifyanddevelopnewbusinessopportunitieswithaproactiveandresults-orientedapproach.
- Experiencemanagingcommercialperformance,budgetsandP&L.;
- AdvancedEnglishproficiencyismandatory,includingtheabilitytoconductbusinessdiscussionsanddeliverstrategicpresentationstointernationalseniormanagement.
