About the Role
At Bosch Chile, we are looking for a Sales Manager Industrial Boilers & Thermal Solutions to lead the growth and commercial development of our industrial heating business within the Home Comfort division. This strategic leadership role focuses on industrial boilers, steam generation, combustion systems, thermal processes and energy efficiency solutions, combining business development, technical-commercial sales, people leadership and strategic customer management. We are looking for an experienced industrial sales leader who can move confidently between the field and corporate environments: building strong relationships with customers and technical teams while discussing business performance, market opportunities and commercial strategy with senior and international stakeholders.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial development of Boschs industrial boiler and thermal solutions business in Chile.
- Design and execute commercial strategies, identifying priority markets, segments and high-potential customers.
- Develop opportunities related to steam boilers,



combustion systems, industrial thermal processes and energy efficiency.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, technologies and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle for complex industrial solutions, from opportunity identification and technical-commercial development to negotiation, closing and follow-up.
- Build long-term relationships with strategic industrial customers and engage with stakeholders across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement and senior management.
- Lead complex technical-commercial proposals, ensuring customer value, technical feasibility and profitability.
- Lead, motivate and develop sales professionals and/or application engineers.
- Translate market and field insights into commercial priorities and strategic decisions.
