Salary:
- £43,000 - £46,000 GBP base salary per annum (depending on experience)
- plus a company bonus of £1,800 GBP per annum

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Product & Commercial Manager to lead the design, development and delivery of our Swoop branded touring products across Patagonia.

This role may suit someone currently working as a Travel Product Manager, Tour Product Manager, Contracting Manager,



Commercial Product Manager or a similar role within the group-touring travel industry.

Sitting at the heart of Swoop’s commercial engine. You’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle of our touring products - from initial gap analysis using data and insights on the external market and internal reporting, concept and trip design, through partner contracting and allocation management, to in-season delivery, performance optimisation and post-season review.

You’ll balance creativity with commercial rigour, ensuring our trips are compelling, operationally robust, responsibly delivered and financially optimised. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, Sustainability and our global network of partners, you’ll ensure our products are positioned, priced and delivered to maximise both customer satisfaction and commercial performance.
