About the Role

The Head of Project Services & Enablers provides strategic, technical, and operational leadership across all functional disciplines within the project portfolio. Reporting directly to the Project Director Enablers.
The role is accountable for ensuring functional excellence, alignment,



and integration across major projects, enabling safe, predictable, and capital-efficient project delivery. The Head of Project Services Enablers plays a critical role in establishing standards, building organizational capability, and ensuring each function effectively supports project execution from studies through construction, commissioning, and handover.

Key Accountabilities

Provides strategic leadership and integration across Engineering, COR, PC&A;, Safety, Construction, and Projects Commercial to ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery.
Partners with Project Managers to align functional support and ensure effective delivery across scope, schedule, cost, risk, safety, and quality objectives.
Establishes, governs, and continuously improves functional standards, processes, and performance frameworks aligned with corporate governance and capital stewardship requirements.
