Are you ready to take your financial expertise to a regional level? We are looking for an experienced Regional Financial Controlling Specialist to join Bosch Chile and become a key business partner for our Latin American operations. In this position, you will report directly to the Division Director in Chile and provide financial and business controlling support across Chile, Mexico, Argentina, Peru, and Colombia, contributing to the financial management and performance of our regional operations. This is a highly visible individual contributor role. You will not have direct reports, but you will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams across different countries, providing financial insights, challenging business assumptions, and supporting strategic and operational decision-making.
Your main responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate financial and business controlling activities across Chile, Mexico, Argentina, Peru, and Colombia.
- Prepare and consolidate regional management reports, forecasts, budgets, business plans,



and performance analyses.
- Monitor key financial indicators such as sales, margins, profitability, EBIT, cash flow, working capital, and business performance.
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for regional management and international stakeholders in Germany.
- Analyze financial risks, opportunities, deviations, and improvement initiatives to support profitable growth.
- Partner closely with Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Sales, Service, Project Management, and Finance teams.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain and logistics costs, including procurement, freight, customs, warehousing, and local distribution.
- Ensure visibility and control of inventory levels, inventory turnover, obsolescence risks, landed costs, and working capital efficiency.
