Role Description The Resellers KAM – CCTV at TP-Link Chile is a full-time, on-site position based in the Santiago Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with CCTV resellers and distribution partners, ensuring sales targets and growth objectives are met. Day-to-day activities include developing and executing sales plans, presenting CCTV product solutions, coordinating promotions, and monitoring channel performance. The role also involves conducting market analysis, identifying new business opportunities, providing product and sales training to partners, and collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, technical support, and logistics to deliver an excellent partner experience. The Resellers KAM – CCTV will prepare regular sales reports, maintain accurate account records, and represent TP-Link at industry events and customer meetings.
Qualifications
Experience in key account management or channel sales, ideally in CCTV, networking, or related technology sectors.
Strong skills in relationship building,



stakeholder management, and negotiation with resellers and distributors.
Ability to develop sales strategies, analyze market trends, and use data to drive decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Knowledge of CCTV products, networking solutions, or security systems, with the ability to communicate technical value clearly.
Solid communication and presentation skills in en_US, with the ability to collaborate across commercial, technical, and marketing teams.
Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for planning, reporting, and account management.
Proactive, organized, and goal-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities on-site.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Previous experience working in the Santiago Metropolitan Area or similar markets is a plus.
