Thisisanindividualcontributorpositionwith
nodirectpeoplemanagementresponsibility
,butwithsignificantregionalexposureandinfluenceacrossFinance,Sales,Service,ProjectManagement,OperationsandSupplyChain.
Responsibilities
Leadandcoordinatetheannual
BusinessPlan,Budget,Forecastandmonthlyperformancereview
processesacrosstheregion.
Monitorandanalyzesales,grossmargin,EBIT,cashflow,workingcapitalandoverallbusinessperformance.
Prepareexecutivemanagementreportsandbusinessperformancepresentations.
Prepareandpresentfinancialandbusinessresultstoregionalandglobalstakeholders,including
presentationstoteamsandseniorstakeholdersinGermany
.
ProjectControlling
Monitortheprofitabilityandfinancialperformanceof
equipmentsupply,modernization,retrofitandturnkeyprojects
.
Reviewprojectcalculations,commercialassumptionsandmargintargets.
Monitorcostdeviations,contingencies,accrualsandfinancialrisksthroughoutprojectexecution.
EnsurecompliancewithBoschprojectmanagementandgovernancestandards.
Identifyopportunitiestoimproveprofitabilityandservicemarketpenetration.
SupplyChain&CostControlling;
Monitorandanalyzeregionalsupplychaincosts,including
procurement,internationalfreight,customsduties,warehousingandlocaldistribution
.
Ensuretransparencyoftotallandedcostsforequipment,sparepartsandproject-relatedmaterials.




Identifycost-reductionandsupplychainoptimizationopportunitiesacrosstheregion.
