The Senior Business Development for Amazon Connect in LATAM is responsible for driving top-line revenue growth and market adoption of Amazon Connect across the Latin American region. This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to build and scale the Amazon Connect business through partner ecosystems, field sales enablement, and customer engagement.

Key job responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and customer adoption of Amazon Connect across LATAM markets (Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Peru, etc.)
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with vertical sales teams, solution architects, and partner organizations
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with system integrators, ISVs, and technology partners to accelerate Amazon Connect adoption
- Enable field sales teams and partners through training, sales plays, and vertical-specific solutions
- Establish business and technical relationships with C-level executives and line-of-business leaders
- Collaborate with Global Sales, WWSO Specialist Sales,



and regional teams to identify and close opportunities
- Create scalable mechanisms for pipeline generation, opportunity qualification, and revenue tracking
- Lead customer engagements focused on contact center transformation and AI-powered customer experience solutions
