BasedinChileandreportingdirectlytotheRegionalDirector,thispositionwillactasastrategicbusinesspartnertoregionalmanagementandlocalcountryorganizations,ensuringfinancialtransparency,profitability,operationalexcellenceandcompliancewithBoschstandardsandprocesses.

Thisisanindividualcontributorpositionwithnodirectpeoplemanagementresponsibility,butwithsignificantregionalexposureandinfluenceacrossFinance,Sales,Service,ProjectManagement,OperationsandSupplyChain.

Responsibilities
- LeadandcoordinatetheannualBusinessPlan,Budget,Forecastandmonthlyperformancereviewprocessesacrosstheregion.
- Monitorandanalyzesales,grossmargin,EBIT,cashflow,workingcapitalandoverallbusinessperformance.
- Prepareexecutivemanagementreportsandbusinessperformancepresentations.




- Prepareandpresentfinancialandbusinessresultstoregionalandglobalstakeholders,includingpresentationstoteamsandseniorstakeholdersinGermany.

ProjectControlling
- Monitortheprofitabilityandfinancialperformanceofequipmentsupply,modernization,retrofitandturnkeyprojects.
- Reviewprojectcalculations,commercialassumptionsandmargintargets.
- Monitorcostdeviations,contingencies,accrualsandfinancialrisksthroughoutprojectexecution.
- EnsurecompliancewithBoschprojectmanagementandgovernancestandards.
- Identifyopportunitiestoimproveprofitabilityandservicemarketpenetration.

SupplyChain&CostControlling;
- Monitorandanalyzeregionalsupplychaincosts,includingprocurement,internationalfreight,customsduties,warehousingandlocaldistribution.
- Ensuretransparencyoftotallandedcostsforequipment,sparepartsandproject-relatedmaterials.
- Identifycost-reductionandsupplychainoptimizationopportunitiesacrosstheregion.
