You'll be a trusted advisor, helping shape employee experience, drive engagement initiatives, and ensure our HR practices are both compliant and people-first.
What You Bring to Sovos
- You've built solid HR experience in a partnering or advisory capacity, ideally supporting a regional or distributed workforce.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically across cultures and levels of the organization.
- Strong understanding of employment law in Latin America, with the ability to apply compliance knowledge practically and consistently.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, build trusted relation
