Abercrombie & Kent Chile is looking for a talented, experienced and highly motivated Tour Consultant, to join our team in Santiago and become part of one of the world’s most prestigious and respected luxury travel companies.

- At least 3 years of proven experience in the travel and tourism industry, preferably in luxury, tailor-made, or high-end travel
- Strong destination knowledge of Chile and South America, including luxury hotels, unique properties, exclusive experiences, and key destination highlights
- A commercial mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, understand client needs, maximize conversion, and create compelling travel proposals
- A genuine passion for designing tailor‑made, creative, and unforgettable luxury travel experiences
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities efficiently




- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering the highest level of service
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Experience or confidence working with digital itinerary, quotation, presentation, and travel‑planning platforms
- An analytical mindset and the ability to work with sales indicators, conversion rates, margins, and other commercial KPIs
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to continuously learn and adopt new tools, destinations, products, and ways of working
- Experience working with luxury travel advisors, tour operators, or international travel networks such as Virtuoso will be considered a plus.
