As a Senior Kafka Engineer, you'll lead streaming data initiatives and build scalable event-driven architectures. You'll design Kafka solutions, mentor engineering teams, and set the standard for data streaming excellence.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement scalable Kafka streaming solutions with focus on performance and reliability.
- Lead technical decisions and provide guidance on Kafka architecture and data pipelines.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers in Kafka best practices and streaming technologies.
- Optimize Kafka clusters for performance, throughput, and reliability across production environments.
- Collaborate with data engineering and development teams to deliver quality streaming solutions.
- Evaluate and implement new streaming technologies and patterns to enhance data processing capabilities.
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Kafka engineering or streaming data platforms.
- Strong expertise in Kafka architecture, cluster management, and stream processing.
- Extensive experience with distributed systems, data pipelines, and event-driven architectures.
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting in Kafka environments.
- Advanced level of English.
