NHS Scotland is seeking Health Care Support Workers to join the Cowal Community Services team based at Cowal Community Hospital. You will help deliver person-centred care and reablement packages across the local community and support Community Nurses, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists to help people remain in their homes.
You must be adaptable, able to prioritise time, and communicate effectively in a multidisciplinary setting.
