Technical Consultant

Location: Santiago, Chile

Employment Type: Full-Time

Monthly Salary: CLP $1,800,000 - $2,800,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Technical Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements, identify challenges, recommend solutions, and support the implementation of technology systems.

This role combines technical expertise, problem-solving, project support, and strong communication skills to help clients achieve their business and technology goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess client requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Analyze existing systems, processes, and technology environments.
- Design, configure, implement, and support technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, network, and system-related issues.
- Work closely with clients, technical teams, and project managers.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and implementation plans.
- Provide technical demonstrations, training, and user guidance.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Support system integrations, upgrades, deployments, and technology projects.
- Identify technical risks and provide practical recommendations.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and IT best practices.

Requirements




- Bachelor's degree or technical qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5+ years of experience in technical consulting, IT support, systems administration, or a related position.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of networks, operating systems, software applications, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, AWS, Azure, CompTIA, or ITIL are an advantage.
