What You'll Do
Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the shared transport team at the airport, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality service for passengers. Direct and motivate the team of coordinators, customer service, and drivers, being physically present during shifts to support operationally when demand requires. Monitor service performance and act as the first line of resolution for unforeseen events, making decisions on the spot.
What We're Looking For
3 to 6 years of experience leading operational teams in high-demand environments, such as airports, transport, retail, or hospitality. Willingness to engage directly on the ground, resolving issues and supporting the team rather than just delegating. Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems in real-time.
What We Offer The position involves a 4x3 shift schedule, including weekends and holidays. The company offers continuous professional development and a transportation card for commuting to the airport.
