What You'll Do
Lead the Service Center team ensuring operational continuity. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational time standards. Drive continuous improvement and process optimization to generate operational capacity. Manage team performance and maintain a healthy work environment.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Industrial Commercial or related field. Experience leading work teams is mandatory. Proficiency in AI tools for reporting optimization. Knowledge of Sheets, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI is desirable.
