Retail Operations Coordinator

Salary: CLP $1,000,000 -$1,300,000 gross per month, depending on experience

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Retail Operations Coordinator to join our team in Chile. This role will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day retail operations, supporting store teams, monitoring operational performance, and ensuring that processes are executed efficiently and consistently.

The adecuado candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, commercially minded, and comfortable coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily retail operations and support store teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor sales, inventory, staffing, and operational performance indicators.
- Coordinate stock movements, replenishment, deliveries, and inventory accuracy.
- Support store openings, promotions, campaigns, and operational initiatives.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate timely solutions with internal teams and suppliers.
- Prepare regular operational reports and performance updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards.
- Work closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, HR, and other departments.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer experience, and store performance.




- Provide administrative and operational support to the Retail Manager or Operations Manager.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in retail operations, store coordination, logistics, or a related field.
- Technical or university studies in Business Administration, Retail Management, Logistics, Commercial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Experience working with inventory, POS, ERP, or retail management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
- Availability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
