We are looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Supervisor to lead our store operations and sales team. The idóneo candidate is a strong people leader with excellent customer service skills, a commercial mindset, and a passion for achieving results.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate retail staff to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Manage daily store operations, including staffing, schedules, opening/closing procedures, and inventory.
- Monitor sales performance and key retail KPIs.
- Coach, train, and develop team members to improve performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain merchandising, visual presentation, and company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and help reduce stock discrepancies and losses.
- Resolve customer and operational issues quickly and professionally.
- Prepare regular performance and operational reports.
- Support promotional campaigns and initiatives designed to increase sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures,
and safety standards.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in retail supervision, store management, or a similar role.
- Proven experience leading and motivating a sales team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused and results-oriented.
- Ability to analyze sales and operational KPIs.
- Good knowledge of Excel and retail management systems.
- Availability to work retail schedules, including weekends and holidays when required.
