Job Summary

Playstation 5 Pro SpA is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Promotor/a y Asesor/a de Videojuegos to join our team in Valparaíso. The successful candidate will promote gaming products, assist customers with purchasing decisions, demonstrate products and features, and help create an engaging retail experience for video game enthusiasts.

The adecuado candidate should have a strong interest in video games and gaming technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide knowledgeable assistance with video games, consoles, accessories, and related products.
- Demonstrate gaming products and explain features, specifications, and benefits.
- Recommend games, accessories, and gaming equipment based on customer preferences and needs.
- Promote new releases, special offers, and featured products.
- Maintain strong knowledge of current and upcoming video game titles and gaming trends.
- Assist customers with product comparisons and purchasing decisions.
- Maintain attractive and organized product displays.
- Ensure promotional materials and product information are accurate and up to date.
- Support sales activities and contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets.
- Answer customer questions and provide basic product and technical guidance.
- Monitor product availability and communicate inventory needs to supervisors.
- Assist with promotional events, product launches, gaming demonstrations, and in-store activities.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate recurring issues or requests to management.




- Maintain a professional, friendly, and engaging customer experience.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or higher education is an advantage.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, or product promotion is preferred.
- Strong interest and knowledge of video games, gaming consoles, and accessories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical product information in a clear and accessible way.
- Strong customer-service and sales skills.
- Positive, energetic, and approachable personality.
- Ability to work toward sales targets and performance objectives.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a retail team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience promoting gaming, electronics, technology, or entertainment products.
- Knowledge of PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, PC gaming, and gaming accessories.
- Experience with product demonstrations or gaming events.
- Familiarity with current gaming trends and popular game genres.
- Basic understanding of gaming hardware specifications.
- Experience using point-of-sale and inventory systems.
