Rajtattva Andina SpA, a Chilean technology and agricultural‑solutions company delivering data analytics, smart‑farming systems, IoT monitoring, and digital tools for farms nationwide, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multi‑disciplinary projects that boost productivity and sustainability across the agricultural sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables for smart‑farming and data‑analytics implementations.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations using tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Jira.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineers, data scientists, agronomists, field technicians, and sales) to ensure alignment and on‑time execution.
- Monitor progress against milestones, manage risks and issues, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Communicate status updates, risks, and decisions to stakeholders, senior management, and client partners through reports and presentations.
- Oversee procurement and integration of IoT hardware, sensor networks, and cloud platforms, ensuring compliance with Chilean agricultural regulations and data‑privacy standards.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and guarantee financial targets are met.
- Conduct post‑project reviews, capture lessons learned, and contribute to continuous‑improvement processes.
- Foster strong client relationships,



acting as the primary point of contact for project‑related inquiries and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s or PMP certification is a plus).
- Minimum 4 years of project‑management experience, preferably in agritech, IoT, data‑analytics, or technology‑focused agricultural solutions.
- Proven ability to manage complex, technology‑intensive projects from conception to delivery, delivering on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of smart‑farming technologies, sensor networks, GIS, and cloud‑based analytics platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills; fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English.
- Proficiency with project‑management software (MS Project, Primavera, Jira, Trello) and standard office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace).
- Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities; comfortable making data‑driven decisions.
- Ability to travel to farm sites across Chile and work adaptable hours to meet project deadlines.

Compensation

- Hourly rate: CLP 8,000 – CLP 14,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
