WebTotal Hosting Chile SpA, a digital‑services provider delivering web hosting, cloud infrastructure, domain management, and website solutions to SMBs across Chile, is seeking a results‑driven Product Manager to define, launch, and grow its portfolio of hosting and cloud products.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for hosting plans, cloud instances, domain services, and related add‑ons.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify pain points and growth opportunities in the Chilean SMB market.
- Translate insights into clear, prioritized product requirements, user stories, and specifications for engineering, design, and operations teams.
- Work closely with development, UX, and DevOps to deliver new features and enhancements on schedule, ensuring high reliability, security, and performance.
- Define success metrics (ARR, churn, adoption, NPS) and track product performance through analytics dashboards; iterate based on data‑driven insights.
- Coordinate go‑to‑market strategies with marketing, sales, and support, including pricing models, promotional campaigns, and launch communications.
- Serve as the primary liaison for technical support and customer‑success teams, gathering feedback and resolving escalated product issues.
- Manage product backlog using Agile methodologies, facilitate sprint planning, and lead cross‑functional stand‑ups.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g., data‑privacy, consumer protection) and industry standards (ISO 27001, PCI‑DSS) for hosted services.

Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or relevant certification is a plus).
- 3 – 5 years of product‑management experience in web hosting, cloud services, SaaS, or related digital‑infrastructure domains.
- Strong understanding of hosting technologies (shared, VPS, dedicated, Kubernetes, CDN), domain registration processes, and cloud infrastructure concepts (IaaS, PaaS).
- Proven ability to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver profitable products to market.
- Excellent analytical skills; comfortable working with metrics, A/B testing, and customer‑behavior data.
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities in Spanish and English; capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with product‑management tools (Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Trello) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Power BI).
- Customer‑centric mindset with a track record of translating user feedback into tangible product improvements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Compensation

- Hourly rate: CLP 6,000 – CLP 9,000, based on experience and performance.
