What You'll Do
Support the execution and monitoring of key initiatives to optimize processes and analyze metrics. Track the execution of strategic projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. Collaborate in monitoring and analyzing operational KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities and trends. Assist in creating reports and dashboards to visualize service performance and ongoing initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Education in Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. Genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn about data handling and the application of artificial intelligence. Ability to use data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., advanced Excel, basic SQL, Power BI, Tableau). Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and effective communication.
