Operations Coordinator

Salary: CLP $1,200,000 - $1,600,000 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team in Chile. This role will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, supporting internal teams, monitoring processes, and ensuring that activities are completed efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.

The idóneo candidate is a strong communicator who can manage multiple priorities, solve problems quickly, and work collaboratively across different departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily operational activities and workflows.
- Monitor schedules, deadlines, and operational requirements.
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Track operational KPIs and prepare regular reports for management.
- Support logistics, procurement, administration, and resource coordination as required.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex matters when necessary.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements are followed.




- Assist management with projects and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations coordination, administration, logistics, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Professional fluency in Spanish.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or other business systems is a plus.
