Job Summary

Boney Win SpA is seeking a reliable and technically minded Operador/a de Sistemas Web to support the daily operation, monitoring, and maintenance of web-based systems and applications. The successful candidate will monitor system availability, respond to technical incidents, perform routine operational tasks, and coordinate with IT and development teams to maintain stable and reliable web services.

The adecuado candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of web technologies, operating systems, databases, and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor web applications, servers, and related systems to ensure availability and performance.
- Identify, investigate, and escalate system errors, outages, and performance issues.
- Perform routine operational checks and maintenance activities.
- Monitor system logs and alerts to detect potential technical problems.
- Respond to incidents according to established procedures and service-level requirements.
- Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of web applications.
- Coordinate with developers, system administrators, and technical teams to resolve incidents.
- Verify system functionality after updates, maintenance, and deployments.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, operational activities, and system changes.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of operating systems, networks, databases, and web services.
- Monitor system capacity, resource utilization, and service performance.
- Assist with backup verification and basic recovery procedures.
- Follow established IT security, access control, and operational procedures.
- Prepare operational reports and communicate recurring issues to supervisors.




- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for system reliability and operational efficiency.

Requirements
- Technical degree or relevant training in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in IT operations, web systems support, technical support, or a similar role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of web servers, operating systems, databases, and computer networks.
- Familiarity with HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, TCP/IP, and common web technologies.
- Ability to monitor system logs and interpret basic technical alerts.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
- Ability to document incidents and technical activities accurately.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced technical environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Linux and/or Windows Server environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Zabbix, Nagios, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of Git and basic deployment workflows.
- Knowledge of scripting with Bash, PowerShell, or Python is an advantage.
- Experience working with ticketing systems and IT service management processes.
