Job Overview

Cordillera Safety Solutions SpA is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will support financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis to help management make informed financial and operational decisions.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical and numerical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to interpret financial information and turn it into practical business insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, cash flow, and overall financial performance.
- Analyze financial data and identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Prepare financial models and business performance analyses.
- Investigate budget variances and provide explanations and recommendations.
- Provide financial information and analysis to management and relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and analytical reports.
- Assist with financial planning and cost-control initiatives.
- Collaborate with accounting, operations, procurement, and management teams.
- Ensure financial analyses are accurate, timely, and aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.




- Previous experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar finance-related position is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and financial analysis functions.
- Familiarity with accounting and financial reporting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to analyze large amounts of financial information and communicate findings clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Professional integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
- Knowledge of ERP or accounting software.
- Experience preparing management reports and financial dashboards.
- Understanding of cost analysis and financial performance indicators.
- Ability to present complex financial information in a clear and understandable manner.
