Field Service Technician

Location: Chile

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: CLP $1,400,000 -$1,900,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team in Chile. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment at customer sites while ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and customer service.

The idóneo candidate is technically capable, hands-on, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair equipment at customer locations.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical faults and implement effective solutions.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to service schedules.
- Conduct equipment testing and commissioning.
- Respond to customer service calls and technical support requirements.
- Prepare accurate service reports and document work completed.
- Communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly to customers.
- Follow all health, safety, environmental, and company procedures.
- Travel to customer sites and industrial locations as required.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in good working condition.

Requirements
- Technical degree or certification in Mechanical,



Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
- 1–3+ years of experience in field service, maintenance, installation, or equipment repair.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and service documentation.
- Valid Chilean driver's license, preferably Class B.
- Ability to work independently and manage field assignments.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
