Job Overview

Soltech JSC SpA is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Ejecutivo de Cuentas Energéticas B2B to join our team in Concepción. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing business relationships with corporate clients in the energy sector, identifying commercial opportunities, and providing tailored energy solutions that meet customer requirements.

This role is idóneo for a commercially focused professional with experience in B2B sales, account management, energy services, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B customers within the energy sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Understand customer energy needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales agreements.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms within company guidelines.
- Monitor sales pipelines, account performance, and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with technical, operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure effective service delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Follow up on proposals and manage the sales process from initial contact through contract completion.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and business development activities.

Requirements




- Bachelor’s degree or technical qualification in Business Administration, Engineering, Energy, Commercial Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, or the energy industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and develop commercially viable solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with corporate or industrial energy customers.
- Knowledge of Chile’s energy market and commercial energy solutions.
- Existing B2B client relationships or professional networks in the energy sector.
- Experience working with sales targets, KPIs, and revenue forecasts.
