Customer Support Representative

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve questions, troubleshoot issues, and receive an excellent service experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, and other support channels.
- Resolve customer questions, complaints, and service issues professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and account-related matters.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Follow up on outstanding customer requests through resolution.
- Identify recurring customer issues and recommend improvements.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with every customer.

Requirements
- Previous customer service, call center,



or support experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused, patient, and professional.
- Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
