Job Summary

Allternativa Loc SpA is seeking an organized and customer-focused Coordinador/a de Alquiler de Equipos to manage and coordinate the rental of company equipment. The successful candidate will oversee rental requests, equipment availability, scheduling, deliveries, returns, documentation, and customer communication while ensuring equipment is properly maintained and utilized.

The idóneo candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in equipment rental, logistics, inventory management, customer service, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily equipment rental requests and reservations.
- Check equipment availability and allocate equipment according to customer requirements.
- Prepare rental quotations, agreements, invoices, and related documentation.
- Coordinate equipment delivery, pickup, return, and transportation schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment availability, rentals, returns, and customer information.
- Inspect returned equipment and report damage, missing items, or maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is ready for the next rental.
- Communicate with customers regarding rental terms, schedules, equipment specifications, and service requirements.
- Monitor rental periods and follow up on overdue equipment.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, sales, finance, and technical teams.
- Track equipment utilization and identify opportunities to improve fleet efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues and coordinate corrective actions when required.
- Ensure rental processes comply with company policies and operational procedures.
- Prepare regular reports on rentals, equipment utilization, availability,



and operational performance.
- Support inventory control and periodic equipment audits.

Requirements
- Technical or university-level education in Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Equipment Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in equipment rental, logistics, fleet coordination, inventory, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-service abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple rental orders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of inventory and equipment tracking procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different departments.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with construction, industrial, technical, or specialized equipment.
- Familiarity with rental management, ERP, CRM, or inventory software.
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance and inspection procedures.
- Experience coordinating transportation and delivery services.
- Understanding of rental contracts, billing processes, and commercial documentation.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
