Construction Project Coordinator

Location: Santiago, Chile

Monthly Salary: CLP $1,600,000 -$2,000,000 gross

About the Role

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and results-driven Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Santiago, Chile.

The successful candidate will coordinate construction activities from planning through completion, working closely with project managers, contractors, engineers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day construction project activities and site operations.
- Track project schedules, milestones, budgets, materials, and deliverables.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays, risks, and issues.
- Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, schedules, and project documentation.
- Assist with procurement, quotations, purchase orders, and material deliveries.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved plans, specifications, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
- Organize and participate in project meetings and site inspections.
- Maintain accurate project records, drawings, permits, contracts, and documentation.
- Support the Project Manager with cost control, change orders, and project closeout.




- Communicate project updates clearly to management and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements
- Degree or technical qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience coordinating construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of construction schedules, budgets, contractors, and project documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM, or other project-management tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site and coordinate with field teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
- Spanish proficiency required; English is an advantage.
